Kenya grants amnesty to citizens who fought for Russia in Ukraine
Kenya will grant amnesty to its citizens who illegally fought for Russia in Ukraine, following negotiations between Foreign Minister Musalia Mudavadi and Russian officials. So far, 44 Kenyans have been repatriated, 11 are dead or missing, and 160 remain active, according to the foreign ministry.
